Our monthly rate is $95.00, which includes 25 online claims. Each additional online claim is $2.25. $2.25 per submitted provider claim -- with a minimum of 25 claims per month.
In addition, there is an annual fee of $500 for updates.
The only startup cost would be the conversion of your data, which is billed at our regular rate of $50 per hour.
