In designing our screens, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for your providers to enter and access the basic information that is important to them. So we always took the Provider's point of view and followed the global design principle called "Don't make me think!".

This means that we use the standard visuals that everyone is already familiar with: Pull down menus, button, check boxes, etc. We deliberately left out the pretty but distracting graphics and confusing interfaces.

We also made sure that most of what Providers do is "One-click": One-click to get where they need to go, and one-click to do what they need to do.
