Not all of your providers will have access to computers. They can still fill out complete manual claims, which you can total and enter into CACFP.Net. Or, you can meet them halfway with our provider-friendly scannable menus.

These really give you the best of both worlds. Providers write in the food items that they served -- just like they are doing now -- but they "bubble in" the children in attendance so a special scanner can quickly read the marks and store them as data. This saves you hours in having to count the attendance yourself!

Once the menus are scanned, you process them just like you do the online claims.
